Please join us at one of our upcoming Wilson Taking Flight info sessions!

With moving day finally here, it’s time to start raising the funds for the materials and teacher training needed to open the new classrooms. These info sessions will be a great opportunity for you to learn about the goals and timeline of the Wilson Taking Flight building fund, ask questions, see sample tiles for the Spirit of Wilson mosaic wall, and socialize with other families in the Wilson community.

SAT 03/24 @ 4P – family-friendly playdate hosted by Kim Winstom and J.D. Baumgartner

Your PTO Presents: Community Meeting with HISD’s Mark Smith – Chief Student Support Officer  – March 28th at 6:30 PM


Please join the PTO and welcome HISD’s Chief Student Support Officer Mark Smith for a Community Information Meeting.  This meeting is for the benefit off all HISD parents and family members but will greatly benefit our magnet families.  Topics that will be discussed include upcoming changes in the magnet funding, administration changes and other important district related information.  This meeting will be open to your questions concerning the current state of affairs.  This meeting will be replacing our regular monthly PTO Board meeting and will take place on March 28th at 6:30PM in the auditorium. 

Middle School Scoop Night! – Tomorrow March 21

Our Middle School is hosting a scoop night this Wednesday, March 21, at the Marble Slab on W. Grey in River Oaks Shopping Center, from 4-8pm. Middle Schoolers will be scooping!  Come support the Middle School and enjoy some delicious ice cream!   Download the with more details FLYER HERE.

Field Day and Family Picnic – March 29, 2018
Spark Park 8am to Noon

Field Day is a wonderful time of sportsmanship and camaraderie for the whole family! Bring a blanket and some lunch and join us for a family picnic on Field Day. Arrive early as parking can be an issue.
