Your PTO Presents: Community Meeting with HISD’s Mark Smith – Chief Student Support Officer  – March 28th at 6:30 PM


Please join the PTO and welcome HISD’s Chief Student Support Officer Mark Smith for a Community Information Meeting.  This meeting is for the benefit off all HISD parents and family members but will greatly benefit our magnet families.  Topics that will be discussed include upcoming changes in the magnet funding, administration changes and other important district related information.  This meeting will be open to your questions concerning the current state of affairs.  This meeting will be replacing our regular monthly PTO Board meeting and will take place on March 28th at 6:30PM in the auditorium. 


We are in the final weeks of preparation for our annual Fundraising Gala!  And we need your help with donation items!

Here are some things that are needed:

  • Food gift cards
  • Experiences
  • Unopened child’s games
  • Small appliances
  • Framed artwork
  • Sports tickets (Texans)
  • Home goods
  • Athletic/yoga equipment
  • Summer camp experiences

Field Day Rescheduled Due to Weather – NEW DATE: APRIL 20TH

The sun is shining, the field is emerald green, it’s outside play ALL day and the end of the school year is in sight!

Field Day is a well-loved exciting event that gives kids a chance to celebrate their classroom pride while having fun and keeping moving! We need your help ensure everyone will enjoy the event.
